This lesson occurred
in mini fishbowls, where we were broken up into small groups and asked to
answer seven or eight questions about an assigned short story than present those
questions to the class. There were three other groups assigned the same task
but with different short stories. The objective of this lecture was to get us
to work together while preparing a presentation to teach the rest of the class
about our short story. I like this type of teaching because it allows us to be
creative while teaching the rest of the class about our short story. This also
made it interesting when the other groups were presenting because I wanted to
see what types of funny things and jokes they prepared to show the rest of the
class. This created a different and more enjoyable learning environment than
the traditional college classroom.
